On tap @ Tap25. Color is deep red/amber with a nice head. Tastes of malty sweetness then a hop bitter aftertaste with a little spice. A little thin in taste for Drake’s, but has a medium body/carbonation. Expect a little more from my local brewery but not a bad beer by any means...

Hazy orange color. Smells like a brown paper-bag. Malt and hops mesh and bitter-sweetly takeover our mouth. Fades leaving a sweet leaf taste behind.

Pine, hops and a little citrus aroma. Kind of cloudy red/gold in color with a thin white head. Little earthy tones with a crisp malt on the tip of the tongue.

On tap. Pours a medium amber color with a tan head and lacing. It has a mild aroma of earthy and piney hops. The flavor is a balance of the earthy hops and amber malts up front with a mild, bitter aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light, Carmel color. Lasting head, almost coffee flavored. Poured from the tap at the brewery. Solid style good beer!

Tap. Pours clear reddish amber with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is citrus and caramel with notes of fruit. Flavor is the same, plus a bit of metal. Lightly sweet, light bitter into the finish.

On tap at Drake’s Barrel House pouring up deep clear copper with amber hues and thin gold edges supporting an off white head of foam that leaves behind nice sheet lacing. The aroma is sweet, a little nutty and also sprinkled with somehow candy sweet hops (hmm? I don’t know how to describe this). The taste is yummy hop forward as I get near chewy pine hops, some spicy hops and then increasing hoppy resiny bitterness to midway helping to create an almost wood sap like spiciness. Off in the background thinly ringing the hops are echoes of malts and malt roastiness. Solid brew were the 50 IBU indication for this beer on the chalk board over the taps seems far too low. It seems more in the 75 IBU range.
