Black pour with a khaki head. Super smokey nose with some nuts, salt, and bacon. Tons of roasted malt, a bit of sweet chocolate, and some licorice. Tastes quite smokey, but there’s a good chocolate character to it. A light acidity, some dark fruit, a bit of peanut shell, and mild salty bacon notes.

Pitch black, medium head, nice lacing. Nose is smoke, burnt wood. Taste is smoked stout, coffee astringency, dark chocolate.

On tap. Black with a foamy tan head. Sweet chocolate coffee and molasses aroma. Medium bodied velvety bright palate. Tastes of chocolate coffee burnt grain and orange with an alcoholic finish. Pretty good.

Tap. Pours opaque black with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma is pure smoke; not much else gets through. Flavor is more nuanced with smoke, coffee, dark roasted malts. Medium sweet with a light bitter finish.

A - Served a dark black color with a thin finger of frothy khaki colored head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some good lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of lots of smoke and roasted chocolate malts with some light earthy hops and some vanilla and oak.
T - Starts off with some smoke and roasted chocolate malts with some earthy hops. Through the middle, more roasted flavors come through with some vanilla and oak. The finish is a mix of smoke with some roasted malts and earthy hops and a touch of booze.
M - Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a warming and smoky finish.
D - Very drinkable. Very nice smoked Imperial Stout. Good smoke and roasted character and great balance overall.

Fantastic spicy, smoky aroma. Dark brown with a nice brown head. Almost smells like an indra kunindra curry stout. Syrupy, mouth coating, brandy kick, smoky taste, packed with malty molasses flavors, slightly spicy aftertaste...really phenomenal.

On draft at Beer Rev. It pours black with a brown head. The aroma is very smoky with chocolate and heavy roast. The flavor is smoked wood, chocolate, coffee and a strong roasted finish. Full bodied and nice. Very intense smoky/roasted finish.

Tap at Naja’s. Pours opaque with a huge, creamy, thick brown head with long retention and excellent lacing. Aroma is dark chocolate, smoke, coffee and nutty malt with bacon, earthy hops and prunes. Flavor is heavy malt, moderate smoke and meat with light hops, moderate bitterness, malt derived, with a dry finish. Full body, moderate warmth and carbonation.
