Rich jammy, late harvest red wine aroma. Sweet, sugary port like palate, very impressive. Body is mild and amazingly easy drinking for such a flavorful brew.

On tap at Drakes Barrel House. Pours reddish copper with a nice beige head and a strong bourbon aroma. Not a bit sour like its brettanized brother, Simian Sour. This is a great sipping beer with a sturdy malt base nicely blended with bourbon from the barrel.
