Draft at Beer Revolution for the John Martin tribute event. It pours dark brown with a nice tan head. The aroma has huge dark chocolate and cocoa powder notes and a bit of dry toast. Very toasty and chocolaty. The flavor has tons of dark bitter chocolate and burnt toast with a dry roasted bitter finish. Another overpowering brew from Drakes that focuses more on the chocolate than the beer. I liked it, but I have to admit a pint was way too much to handle. Very good chocolate beer though, if you like that kind of thing.

Draft. Dark mahogony beer with a dark tan head. Chocolate and light malt aroma. Chocolate and light malt flavor with8 light backing hops. Medium bodied. Chocolate and light malt lingers with light caramel.
