On tap at The Trappist. Pours clear blonde with a thin off-white head and a floral fruity aroma. There is a sweet caramel malt flavor with some banana ester.

Draught at The Trappist. Clear gold with a thick white head that leaves lots of lace. The aroma is fruity with lime and a touch of bubble-gum and honey. The flavor is slightly sweet in balance with a fruity yeast profile of pear and lemon. Hops are light, and the overall feel is very clean and fresh. medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice flavor profile, but a touch on the sweet side for a trippel.

Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Aroma and taste of banana bread and cloves. Decent.

Draft. Amber beer with a whitish head. yeasty aroma with light esters. Yeasty and estery flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Yeast and fruity esters linger with light spice.
