COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sour Belgian Blonde & Sour Amber do the flip-flop of sour tastes. Belgian imparts the "trebly & high-end character, and the Amber beer comes in with an Earthy sourness. Diplomatically revolutionary to each other.

Bistro -bal fest. Cloudy reddish amber in color with a small off-white head. Aroma has wild and Belgian funk to it, oak, floral and fruity notes. The flavor is very oaky. Pale and caramel malt base, Belgian yeast, and wild bugs. Dry mouthfeel with medium body and average carbonation. Better than other Drake’s beers at the fest, but only pretty good overall.

Deep ruddy pour with a light tan head. Nose is tart fruits and Balsamic. Some esters and tartness add to the vinegar in the flavor. The best part of this beer is the excellent, lasting oak finish.

On tap at the Bistro BA festival. Pours amber with a beige head. Light fruit and sour aromas. Med body. Sour stone fruit flavors - turns sour grapefruit, a bit funky, and there’s some oak and grape. Just brilliant.
