DewBrewer (249), Austin, Texas, USA Mar 3, 2005 Pint on draught. Golden color, slight haze, with small head. Aroma is sweet, malty and slight bubble gum. The flavor is sweet with some alcohol apparent but it is balanced. It is yeasty, Belgian, with candi sugar flavors & a slight bubble gum flavor, but not in a bad way. It has a nice palate with enough CO2 to please the tongue. Good beer.

Golden coloured and strong in alcohol with very fruity aroma and flavour. Slightly bitter malt finish. HumuloneRed (746), Vancouver, Washington, USA Mar 9, 2005 Pours a nice medium golden color with a sticky head and lacing. Nice fruit and spice in the nose. Has nice spicy and bubble gum flavors with a sweet finish. Very refreshing and warming. Good job Josh! PorterPounder (2878), Tallahassee, Florida, USA Mar 8, 2005 Had on tap at the brewpub, pours a medium copper with a light and quickly fading white head. Aroma is sweet with hints of bananas and bubblegum. Same sweetness carries over to the flavor with some underlying maple syrup and candied sugar. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky and somewhat thick. Turns slightly cloying near the end, but does not ruin it. acrdz (4486), Boulder, Colorado, USA Feb 24, 2005 Light gold color. Spicy and sweet flavor, but syrupy like the rest of the house brews. Too much sugar... overwhelming. Old fruit and cigarettes noticed... with an overall mild aroma of sugared grapes and a mild flavor. A light belgian, I guess.
