COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A beer not afraid to bare it all, just like the enthusiasts at Jerry Johnson Hot Springs, this Butte-copper hued, full-figured beer is a traditional English-style pale ale with earthy aromas and deep hop bitterness coming from the generous additions of English noble hops. Don’t be afraid to show off your pale side.

ABV 5.2% At the brewery Pours golden with light cream foam. Nose has floral notes and faint malts, with subtle accents of grain and honey. Flavor is primarily grass and soil - very english to me. Medium body with moderate carb and semi dry finish. Meh. Serving type: on-tap 05-18-2012

On tap @ the brewpub. Medium amber body with a low white head. Delicate floral hop profile, lightly perfumery, very reminiscent of Anchor’s Liberty Ale (in a good way). Parksy thought it was lacklustre, but I thought it was delicate, understated, and fantastic.

On tap. Clear golden amber with a white top. Scent is bread and floral. Taste is same with a citrus note.

Draft at the brewpub. An amber-hued brew, pretty standard lookin ale. Easy to drink, clean and unoffending. But lacks any distinction ... Not bad, just a little boring. (#4656, 7/5/2012)
