COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Buckden Bronze Bitter is the first commercially brewed beer in the micro-brewery following a number of recipe iterations to the hop and malt types. We obtained confirmation for CAMRA accreditation for Real Ale in the Bottle on 9th September 2009, and our labels now carry the CAMRA logo. Tasting Notes – A golden-amber ale with gentle nut and caramel notes from the malt, complemented by a balancing hoppy sharpness. Bitterness derived from both hops and toasted malt builds in the dry finish. Enjoy this ale at a temperature of around 12 degrees C, that’s the beer not the room temperature, unless you want to drink it in your duffle coat!

Bottle conditioned, 568ml (1 Pint) from Dunster Village Shop, Dunster, Somerset as Dunster Beach Summertime Ale. Gold to amber with fizzy white head. Drying caramel malt bitter, quite light on the palate but really quite average, no real hop note to ponder on. It’s ok but no more than that.
