Draught Budapest, Hungary
Standard golden Euro lager deal.
Clean, crisp, some detectable hop character but nothing outstanding.

Well, obviously is not much for a center-european, but you can drink with no problem...

Bottle and can. Poursgolden, decent white, but fast dissapearing head. Not a bad pilsner from Dreher: Great for everydays.

Backlog from 25 June 2011. Bottle, green glass, by 2011.11.21. Nose is sweet and grassy. Sickly clear golden body, no visicarb but a noisy white head. Taste is malty, surprisingly so, with a dry bready aftertaste and no dirt, but the deftest touch of industry. Soft medium-full body. Not terrible! Would have again.

Tap in Pest. Golden, white lace. Light aromatic hop on hayish malt. Medium to light body, light metallic grassy and hayish malt. Nice aromatic hops retronasal. Papery thin, but the aromatics redeem it.

On tap in Budapest; pours like a standard lager. I found this very macro-brew style, though a little dry at the end (which I did not like). Overall, not one of my favorites and would recommend other Pilseners from the area over this one.
