acrdz (4148), Pennsylvania, USA Jun 5, 2008 Draft at the brewery in Memmelsdorf, served in a 500ml dimpled mug. Light hazy yellow colored body with a white head. Nose of heavy crackers and yeast, with some fruity lemon and dough as well. Awesomely fresh and vibrant Saaz hops, rich and full-bodied, and up front the pils malt gives way to a classic dry and sharp noble hop finish, wonderfully refreshing. Served at celler temp. Geiserich (1526), Vienna, Austria Jun 7, 2007 Draught, at the brewpub. Very fruity, light flowerly hop aroma. Light cloudy, light yellow color. Fresh, very fruity flavor. Aroma hop, tart. Dry, light bitter finish. Pleasant and fruity pils. fonefan (4062), Ulfborg, Denmark Oct 2, 2006 Draught @ brewerypub Drei Kronen, Memmelsdorf. Cloudy golden color, creamy white head. Aroma malt and with yeast notes. Its present in the flavor as well. MartinT (4241), Montreal, Quebec, Canada May 23, 2006 Impressions from the Gaststätte:
-Whipped cream foam atop a lightly hazed pale golden.
-Grassy hops barely appear in the dry, bland aroma.
-Lychee esters are obvious in the sweet fruitiness, accompanied by honeymelon and a citrusy touch.
-This was served pretty warm, intriguing.
-Herbal and grassy hops show up discreetly in the flavor profile.
-This is rather clean for an unfiltered pils, not too yeasty, and, well, not that pilsner-like either.
-The lean body is a little too easy to drink, while not challenging or hooking the tastebuds.

Cloudy golden colour, creamy white head, fine pearling carbonation.
Quite fruity aroma - the minerally house-yeast shines through. Its present in the flavor as well of course plus some tart fruity and berrylike notes.
Medium to full body, pearling mouthfeel
Herbal dry hop finish, Yeasty aftertaste. Excellent.
