Alla spina al brewpub. Molto maltata, miele millefiori, dolcezza molto persistente, bilanciamento finale di luppolo appena sufficiente. Nella norma.

3fourths (8100) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 5, 2014
In 2008 this was 4.0 level but I can’t trust my ratings from then. In 2011 it was a diacetyl bomb on a taster tray of similarly tainted beers. In 2014 it’s just as bad: diacetyl nose, acidic, buttery, dirty dish rag, etc. Metal flakes and DMS, skin bacteria and simple toasted grains. Medium light body, apple heavy, estery and faulty. Piss poor beer.

harrisoni (13844) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 6, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. Pale malt aroma with some pepper hop. It’s a bit more malty than I would normally like but the hop builds to a good solid sting. Some esters maybe. Certainly a good hoppy sting and glad I stopped off here. Unrefined and raw but good

blipp (6148) - Newark, New Jersey, USA - SEP 4, 2012
Draft. Pours golden orange with a fluffy white head. Clean pale malts, earthy and yeasty notes, light floral hops, and a relatively clean finish. Good, not great.

Ernest (6259) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Rated at 3 Kronen Nov 2011. Head is mostly lasting. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with a huge note of butter. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, unclean. Medium body, syrupy texture, lively carbonation. BUTTER BOMB! Insane. Virtually nothing but diacetyl in the nose. One of the worst beers, and worst breweries in general, I sampled on this trip. It must either be the case that the brewer (A) loves diacetyl, or (B) cannot detect it at all. This was off the chart.

Dedollewaitor (14036) - Odense, DENMARK - JUL 13, 2011
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2014 Draught as Drei Kronen Kellerbier @ Stohrenkeller, Bamberg. Pours cloudy orange with a small creamy white head and lacings. Nose is grassy hops and caramel. Hoppy, grainy and grassy flavor with a note of buiscuit. Medium bodied. Smooth. Re-Rate August 2014: Tap at brewery. Buttery and plastic like nose and flavor. Disgusting. absolutely! 3,5-2,0

fiulijn (14978) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 24, 2011
Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Blond color, normally clear and clean for a Keller or Hefe. The aroma is lightly malty and smokey, not impressive but nice. It has a mild malt flavor, with tones of straws, husk and cereals; the flavor is improved by the soft carbonation, but not exceptional. Moderate bitterness. Easy.

   AROMA 5/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 5/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 11/20
faroeviking (10289) - FAROE ISLANDS - OCT 30, 2010
Draught. Pale golden colour with a big white head leaving an ok lacing. Aroma of grass, grain and malt, bit yeast. Ok mouthfeel. Malty grassy hoppy flavour with bit yeast and a mild frutish touch, medium bitterness.

joergen (21072) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2010
Draught at Ølbaren. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of caramel and yoghurt with notes of hops. Malty flavour of yoghurt and hops. Hoppy finish.

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 13/20
Ungstrup (29474) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 29, 2010
Draft. A slightly hazy golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt as well as lighter notes of yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon and eggs as well as lighter notes of straw and malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish.
