Rated at 3 Kronen Nov 2011.
Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is medium to dark yellow.
Aroma is moderately malty (bread, cookie), lightly hoppy (flowers), with light notes of butter, honey, and pineapple.
Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Medium body, syrupy texture, lively carbonation.
Shame about the diacetyl, because otherwise the aroma was fairly pleasant. Thankfully the butter wasn’t as strong in this beer as the bock and pils. Quite syrupy sweet with not much to balance.
