Bottled (BB 082009). Hazy orange color, medium-sized off-white head, floating yeast. Banana, iron, some sourness and dirt in the nose. Overriped banana, strawberry yoghurt, some sourness in the finish. Light spicey note in the finish. Not really pleasant weizen.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish pale brown colour, huge fluffy/creamy off-white head. Some lace. Aroma is strong banana, wheat, spices, some toffee and quite herbal. Flavour is bigg time sweet banana, lots of spices, some wheat as well as fruits and herbs. Big bananaish finish.

The color is unclear, dark golden and the head is OK. The aroma has a light sweetness, notes of banana, wheat and a little clove. The flavour has sweetness, notes of banana, caramel, wheat and light clove, that grows stronger towards the finish and gives a slightly spicy bite to the finish.

Bottle: Hazy, golden with a small, creamy off-white head; distinctive wheaty-yeasty nose with clovey and grainy traces; solid sweet-sourish flavour, creamy MF, medium bodied; fruity (lemony) sourish flavour with a light tartness in the aftertaste. Good Weizen.......

(bottle) Cloudy, deep orange to amber colour with a big and dense, light-beige foamy head. Sweet and dusty malt aroma, slightly wheaty with a phenolic touch that reminds a bit of plastic. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Pronounced malt-accented taste, barley- and wheat-malty with a rather restrained fruit-character, except for light notes of banana; sweet malty, slightly fruity and spicy finish. Not bad but also not particularly refreshing ྫྷ.02.08).

Weak and boring flavour. Watery finish and aftertaste. Quite sour. Not interesting.
