corkyrory66 (527) - BELGIUM - JUL 27, 2013
Couleur jaune paille très clair. Clarté avec un léger voile diaphane. Bulles assez grosses, peu nombreuses.

The aroma of this beer is complex, very spicy (caramel and cereal). This oragnic beer is very goog with cheese like Comté. Refermented in bottle.

as ’bio’. Bottle, bought @ Intermarche, Lannion. Pours light hazy golden with a small, frothy, white film head. Aroma has sweet doughy malts, light caramel, some apple. Medium carbonation, okay dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, a tad to the grainy side, light yeast. Okay if slightly minerally bitterness.
