Appearance with amber color, cloudy liquid and low foaming. aroma of alcohol, yeast and caramel. Taste is sweet (caramel) and toasted. On the palate, acidity and bitterness.

330ml bottle from my big brother’s hols. Pours a clear amber with no head. Aromas of hay, meadows, light caramel. Taste has more of the same. Quite thin, with a clean, dry finish. Ok.

(old tasting notes from 2009) Yeasty sediment. Nice head. Peculiar aroma notes: Mead, champagne and flowers. Full-bodied. Malty. Characteristically dark. Hints of smoke. Flavour stronger than aroma.

bottle, golden colour with small although lacing head. Smell: fruity, apricot .. nice so far. Taste; very sweet, apricot, alcohol. Nice for a beer from france, but a bit too much sugar within.

Bottled@Chriso "Donkey Dork Lord" pre-gbbf shindig. Hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeasty, mildly acidic and some wooden and earthy notes as well. Flavour is the same in a quite nice balance. Also some slight alcohol to be found.
