Bottle. Murky brown beer with a light head. The aroma is strongly alcohol and fermented winter fruits, and the flavour is again very strong, initially very dry and quite fermented. Overall a fairly standard issue interpretation of a Belgian beer.

Belgian phenolic taste. Sweet taste with a balanced bitterness.

Bottled. Cloudy deep golden, mid-sized head. Fruity nose with spice and hay. Medium bodied wit hrounded mouthfeel and low bitterness. A relaxed, laid back ale.

Bottle 33cl, an amber beer with good head. Nose is low, aroma is caramel like, sweet, some bitterness, slightly acidic, whiskey malt notes, finish is round and malty with vanilla notes, long bitterness on aftertaste.

Bottled@Chriso "Donkey Dork Lord" pre-gbbf shindig. Hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeasty, mildly acidic and some wooden and earthy notes as well. Flavour is the same in a quite nice balance. Also some slight alcohol to be found.

A slightly sweet aroma. This is an eh beer. Some malts and a hint of alcohol but not really a lot of distinguishable flavor characters. The fact that these are all biere de gardes explains the weird flavors that I knew but couldn’t quite identify.

Not the best Bio (organic) beer i’ve ever tasted, but its a amber beer with a little smoke and bitter taste, short finish. Thats it.

Clear light to medium yellow amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light yeasty, oxidide. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110729]

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2011. Pours clear gold. Malty nose and flavor. Very sweet, notes of caramel, toffee and brown sugar. Medium bodied and almost flat.
