Bottle. Reddish/amber beer with a strong head. The aroma is dry and malty but mainly dry, and the flavour is dry, biere de garde like, floral with a malty edge. Overall a very nice French beer.

Bottle. Red brown with beige head. Fruity malt and lots of yeast. A disapointingly plain beer.

Bottle 330ml.

[ Trade by joes ]. Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dusty, burnt malt - sugar, caramelized malt, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, dusty, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy - lively. [20120317]

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy copper with bubbles on top. Paperbag, gum, spices and yeast. A touch of alcohol. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, yeast and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, spices, fruit, hops, bread and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Amber with a small white head. Aroma of malt and caramel, with a dusty note and a faint hint of anise. Sweetish malty flavour with caramel and dried fruit notes. A bit dusty in the aftertaste.

Bottled in November 2011. Almost clear nut brown, rich head. Light roasty nutty aroma. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Bready toasty malt dominates. Very carefully hopped with low bitterness.

Bottle from Björn, thanks. Fluffy brown head. Brown colro. Phenolic aromas. Light belgian taste with some wood hop taste.

33cl bottle. Murky brownish with off-white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is slightly malty, caramel and yeasty. Flavour is yeasty, with a final moderate bittery with an average duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is light to medium.

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy amber brown beer with good head but that goes quickly. Nose is malty, spicy and sweet like. Aroma is cereal like, caramel body with toasted and diacetyl notes, finish is very dry on toasted malt, some cinnamon notes. Peppery hops is there with fruit yeast aroma, not bad.

A sweet cherry syrup aroma. This is pretty good. Has the same bubbly grainy flavor of the blonde but with a bit of cherry flavor. A bit too sugary.
