Bottled. The aroma has lemons, some yeast. Hazy, yellow coloured with a medium, white head. The taste is quite sour with lemons, some yeast and a slight hint of spice. The sourness is quite refreshing and I don’t agree it is a bad kind of sourness.

Bottle. Pale blonde, cloudy. Sharp perfumed lemon juice aroma. Sweet, sugary perfumed flavor. Thin. Loads of coreander. Totally lacking balance.

Fles 33cl Kleur: Licht(goud)geel, met een flinke witte schuimkraag. Niet helder. Geur: Kruidig en zurig. Smaak: Fris en kruidig.

Pours dish waterish hazy yellow colour with small head. Aroma is quite citrusy soap, spices and some distant banana. Flavour is citrus, spices, herbs, orange peel and honey. Too sweet for this kind of beer.

Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of strong lemon, sweet fruits and wheat. Flavour of wheat, sweet fruits, lemon and some toffee. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a finish of wheat, citrus and some sweet fruits. Nice one really.

Typical witbier aroma with fresh soapy citrus. Sweet, tart citrus with wheat in the flavour. Very much citrus here actually. Good.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy grey yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is citrus, wood, mild lemongrass and quite yeasty notes. Flavour is spices, bready, citrus and quite caramelly and toffeeish.

Unclear light yellow color, ok for a witbeer I guess. Little sour smell, but decent taste. Low body, low carbo.

Colour is what you could expect from a witbier. Smells really fruity unlike most witbier, which smell a bit more fresh. Taste was quite good in it’s style.

Hazy, almost white yellowish colour, absolutley huge creamy head. Strong aroma of orange and pear juice, citrus, lemon cream pie and spices. Weird. Flavour is very sour of lemon, somewhat milky with again the lemon cream pie sweetness. Don’t really know about this one.

Light unclear light yellow color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate yeasty, soap, lime coriander notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic - sour milk with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]
