Sep 25, 2007 Bottle. Clear, pale golden pour, topped by a white head. The nose isn’t bad, but there’s not much of it either, except for some grain and hay. The same goes for the flavor, which has some bitterness as well. The mouthfeel is thin and watery, and that goes for the finish as well. A very pale and anonymous beer. (070804)

Apr 18, 2006 Aroma gives my hope as both floural and grassy hops mask the lightly cornish malts as best as they can. Taste is lightly sweet and quite drinkable, however too carbonated.

Mar 11, 2006 Bottled. Brief skunk, but a brown bottle. Strong aroma of hops with a splash of malt, pale yellow pour. Fluffy, lacy white head. Light bodied, grassy and bitter. Certainly fits the definition of a Pils. Some sweetness hiding behind the bitterness. Clean and crisp.
