very cheap and not very nasty. a good cooking beer. slightly citric and metallic

Bottle: Golden, clear, mid-sized loose white head, grainy and slightly buttery nose, delicate traces of grassy hops detectable; light bitter-sweet flavour, watery MF; light dryish, thinnish bitter-sweet finish. Not that bad, but too "cheap"…

UPDATED: APR 30, 2012 Pale yellow clears with white medium rocky head. Aromas grass, hay, malts, grains. Palate is thin watery, carbonation medium with soft mouthfeel. Aftertaste is dry mild, little bitter from hoppy end. Overall somewhat balanced, with not too much bulky tastes, nothing special though.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Oxidised, slightly buttery malty aroma with notes of herbal hops. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Moderately dry and buttery malt-character with hoppy accents; quite dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish with a balancing malt-character. 15.II.12

Bottle, pours clear golden with white head. Aroma is malt, some bread, some citrus also a little metallic. Taste is little bitter and little sweet. Not ok, watery and boring.

bottle from Dresden. Clear yellow colour, medium head. Shy beer aroma. Light-bodied, watery, slightly malty and hoppy. Similar to Coschützer, perhaps a bit more grainy.

Etwas plörriger Antrunk, billig hopfig, nach Spülwasser. Leider bleibt das Bier weitestgehend so, der billge und nachher metallern werdende Ton nistet sich als Grundton ein. Darüber etwas herb werdend, mild, künstlich. Bah! Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,4,4,4,6,4 - 4,60

Bottle. Medium gold with s thin head. Aroma is malt and a little metallic. Flavour is malt with citrus and berries. Finish is dry bitter

[ Courtesy of back ]. Clear light to medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, straw, sulfur notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ J & C’s, Ulfborg. Thanks to Back. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy off white head. Hay, straw and sulphur, Medium bodied. Ends dry. Quite refreshing.
