1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Cornfield (5277) - Oak Forest, USA - JAN 18, 2005
UPDATED: DEC 26, 2005 There’s very little to rate here. Little yellow color. Little white head. Little grassy aroma. Little mild malt taste. Little finish. BIG COST for the priviledge of drinking this. Little upset.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Panzerfaust (509) - Hanga Roa, Easter Island, CHILE - MAY 8, 2012
250 ml green bottle from Jumbo, Santiago de Chile. Pours the regular pale yellow color with a big but fast diminishing airy head. Budweiser aroma: A little skunky and weak. I get some notes of herbs, corn, boiled eggs and rice. Buying this was a mistake. Thankfully a cheap one (US$1.2). Taste is almost non-existant but leaning more to the bitter herbal side. I get notes of cabbage, lettuce and grass. I’ve drank worse... I finished the small 250 ml bottle. Still this is one that could be easily ignored.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Leighton (4101) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 27, 2011
Bottle on a park bench in LWS of NYC. Dominant cereal character. Some faint corn and metal in the aroma. Sweet flavor, sugar and subtle maple, bit of dough, faint crispness and grass. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Semi-clean finish, sugary, somewhat bland, light straw. Drinkable.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Reid (1434) - Salem,Oregon, Oregon, USA - AUG 19, 2011
1 pint can from Trader Joes Salem. $5.49 a six pack.
Typical yellow lager..but the white head is thick and frothy and attractive enough.
Aroma is OK..bready mostly but not unpleasant.
Flavour is mostly light cereal and bread..with the slightest grassy tinge of hop.
Light on the palate but OK on this hot night
NOt bad at all..a simple lager thats easy to drink on the deck in summer.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Palme (1437) - Bergen, NORWAY - AUG 15, 2011
0.5l can. This is a clear pale golden beer with a small white lacing lager-head. Aroma is really low. Notes of pale malts, something sweet (ripe fruit and carrots perhaps?), and some thin watery hops. Light oily mouthfeeling, average carbonation and light-bodied. Tastes a bit different from all the others macro lagers I’ve had over these last few days. There’s the standard pale malts, but also something... Naaah, it’s the same crap. Boring pale malts mixed with thin watery hops leaving a mild bitter finish.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 meerbier (914) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - JUL 21, 2011
Can@Hotel. Grainy aroma. Pale yellow, white head, fair lace. Sweet, malty, hint of chewing gum, very light bitter. Boring.
