A perfect marriage of Northwest and German hops balanced with cotton candy malt notes and a hint of fruit courtesy of our own special yeast.

Bomber bottle. Pours a haze light amber with a thin, creamy head. Aroma of grass. Taste: a grassy hoppiness, moderately bitter, light malt undertones. Finishes with a citrus like bitterness. Not bad...

Pleasant beer dominated by earthy, bitter hops. A touch of sweetness and spice evident too - enjoyable beer.

Pours a slightly hazy golden-amber with a large sticky dull white head that slowly settles leaving a lot of lace up the glass. Aroma is big citrus, tropical fruits, resin, and caramel maltiness. Flavour is pine, resin, grapefruit, medium bitterness, and moderate sweet malts to balance the delicious hops. Maybe a bit hoppy for a pale ale but the bitterness doesnít really linger and hell Iím loving it.

Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a huge fluffy white head and tons of lace. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, sweet pale malts and fruity hop esters. Taste is grapefruit, resin, pine, caramel and sweet pale malts. Great balance between hops and malts make this beer very nice to drink.

Lots of lovely hop aromas followed by a nice medium bitter finish. The malt is restrained and letís the hops shine. A really good beer

Restrained but well balanced flavours making for an enjoyable beer. Good aroma and mouthfeel, but aftertaste while strong somewhat off in flavour is slightly off in taste.

Bottled sample. Pale brass in colour with fairly strong carbonation. Aromas are of mild sweet citrus, bramble, and clean pale malt. Flavors are of white grapefruit, black pepper, minerals, and a bit of malt. Medium bodied, with a surprising amount of bitterness and hop-burn on the back end. Dryer and less caramel-y than your typical old school APA, but lots of familiar flavors here too. Solid.
