3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 Beershine (4729) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - MAR 11, 2011
Bottle from brewpub. Poured with yeast so slightly hazy. Decent head. Through the yeast is a nice fruity ester and plummy floral hops. Is overcarbonated and very fizzy. Through the yeast, has a pleasant leafy bitterness and tasty toasty malts. Can tell it is a very good beer but not at its best here in the bottle.
