Quite filtered (the only negative thing I can say about this beer), with a nice foamy white head capping its golden body. The aromas are explosive, with grapefruit, pine, mango, citrus, and some sweet biscuits. Tastes don’t stray much from that. Thankfully. It is a real aroma and taste treat. I don’t know if I have ever had a more balanced beer. It’s a true hop bomb, but the underlying sweet malt base is never crushed under all of those hops. I could drink this stuff forever.

Huge aroma of grapefruit and mango and other tropical fruit. Big, resiny citrus hops on the tongue with more tropical fruit and biscuity malts. Deliciously bitter. An impressive beer.

Bomber. Amber pour. Nice west coast aroma with big citrus hops and light malt. Big hoppy goodness with a nice bitterness and just a well made stylistic brew.

Pours a pale straw colour with a lively white head. Aroma has notes of bubblegum, tropical fruit, citrus, and some cedar. Tasting notes include citrus, mango, and biscuit. It finishes with a resinous cedar bitterness.

Over The TOP IPA

2016/01/17 - Pours a hazy, orange-copper colour with a thick, rocky, off white head that leaves ample lacing. Aromas are juicy citrus (grapefruit, orange), honeydew, mild lychee, bready-caramel malt and light pine with floral, mildly dank hops. Taste is moderately sweet and above moderate bitterness; light caramel, bread, pepper, juicy grapefruit and orange, light melon, mild lychee and pine. Mouthfeel is medium to thick and slightly sticky/syrupy with average carbonation and a long finish that starts juicy and ends dry. A really nice Northwest IPA. Great mouthfeel/finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber from the lcbo. Pours a nice gold color, with a big white head. Huge pine resin aroma, must be heavy on centennial. Big Green hop cone aroma, with some solid citrus and tropical fruit. Good mouth feel, carb is spot on. The finish is medium butte with a good citrus zest finish. Excellent stuff.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy medium gold with a one finger lingering off white head that leaves nice lace. Nose is big citrus, tropical fruit and pine with grapefruit being dominant over top of a light caramel and spice. Very light sweet caramel and honey are secondary to a big dose of bitterness that lasts through the finish. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Yum.

Bomber from LCBO, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear deep golden/light amber with a full light tan/yellowish head. Aroma: Toasted bread, grapefruit, tropical fruit, caramel, peppery/resinous, sweet and sticky. Palate: Medium+ body, fairly full carbonation, a bit syrupy. Flav.: Peppery, dank, resinous, grapefruit, tropical fruits, sticky sweet caramel malt, a touch brothy/savoury, syrupy (I know that’s not a flavour or taste); sweet with fairly full bitterness and a long, bitter, caramel and fruity hop finish.
