2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark red pour from a tap with pink head. I smell berries and a little black current. Strong sour taste. And I am a little wasted so don’t take this too seriously.
I think I hate sour beers at this point in the night. Time for some good old barley wine or something.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a deep purple. Aroma is currant or raspberry, no idea. Taste is... not sure, slight funk, mostly dry currant and a weird soapy something. Maybe this will get better

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber to taster at RBWG (thanks to whoever shared this). Looks good; a translucent cherry cola with beige lacing. Smells solid; dark malt and funk. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Solid, but nothing special.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Deep almost purple pour with pink head. Sharp acidic cherry aroma. Flavor is a much more mild sour than the aroma hints at. Flat bitter not as tart as I hoped for. Medium body with ok carbonation.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled at RBWG. A big purple head jumps up. The arona is very sour with tart fruit. This is quite good. Raspberries? All kinds of berries, actually. Nice sweeter malts. The beer is not as tart as the aroma which, for me, is a plus.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, shared at the Boxing Day tasting at TimE’s place in Calgary. Gorgeous deep purple colour with a thick lasting mauve head. Aroma is crushed berries and lactic notes. The mid-palate features inripened dark berries, not classically currant but certainly genuine dark berry fruit. The finish is quick and very dry, grappa territory, with a quenching tartness. I liked this better than the rest of the group.
