Bottle: Poured a deep blueish color ale with a light pinkish color head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh blackberries notes is well balanced against the tart notes of the based beer. Taste is a well balanced mix of tart and funky notes with some fresh raspberries and a hint of residual sugar. Oak and vinous notes are minimal and not overly powerful. Body is quite full with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. Another very enjoyable wild ale from Driftwood.

Pours a murky hazy cherry red with a frothy and lacey red head. Aroma of lactabacolis, brett, black currants, cherries, oak and light vanilla. Taste is sour cherries, black currants, brett, lactic, French oak and and nice long bitter puckering finish.

Pours an opaque deep red with a large pinkish-red head with good lace. Aroma is cherry, oak, mild brettanomyces like, sweet dark fruit, strawberries, mildly tart and a touch funky. Flavour is cherry, strawberry, oak, tart, light funk, grapes, touch of brettanomyces like, touch of alcohol and overall a medium acidity.

Pours a nice and dark opaque cherry red (maybe the most intense I’ve seen in a beer yet) with a red tinted head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is also pleasing with a lot of fruits, berries for the most part, brett leather and spices. Taste is dry and fruity, moderately tart. Flavors are of dark berries but also some slight dill and a little oxidation. Mouthfeel is vinous down to the tannins and the acidity is refreshing. A nice and potent fruit sour.

bottle shared by mathieuc, thanks bro. pours dark purple with a frothy pink-purple head offering good retention and strong lacing. leathery bretts, fruity and tart currants, kalamatas, red grapes; light and fairly present acidity - mostly citric, but also lactic - quite funky, strong woody character - red wine, tannins, pepper and spices; hints of chocolate and vanilla, some residual sugars and warming alcohol. bright carbonation, medium body - oily, drying bretty, very tannic and astringent spicy-peppery finish. good!
