Sirrif. Too towzand eleveny bitches! Semismelz, oddish, neato, peaches, I’ve been told I am smelling cherry pits, candy. Taste is so so told its lost a bunch. Mild vinegar, malt, light fruit, pretty boring. Finishes tart.

2011 Bottle to tulip
Plum, Brett, oak, anise, brown sugar, barnyard.
Sludgy/creamy brown with a thin, tannish head.
Muted sour, malt, Brett. Superbly balanced between acidity and sugar.

Bottle - Vintage 2011 - Sweet vinous and oaky notes with a bit of cherry. Clear copper with a rich white head. Big front end sour notes, vinegar, barrel notes and little else as far as flavor. This has aged very well.

Nice wild. Sour plum and apricot. Mash malt. A little dose of bretta as well. A subtle note of tin. Finishes sour with fizzy carbonation. Pours reddish brown and without much head or lacing. Thanks to Liam.

Some cherry aroma. Cherry brown colour with a nice head and lots of lace. The sourness is secondary and adds up.

Rusty red with a small pale head. Aroma is sour cherries, sour candy, caramel, cider vinegar. Medium bodied, good balance of sour and sweet, short finish. Taste is sour cherries, red currants, cider vinegar. Nice but a little thin.

Clear medium to dark brown - red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light heavy malty, caramel, wood, tart fruit, honey, maple syrup, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, wood, maple - syrup, caramel, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
