COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This "wet hopped" IPA can only be brewed once a year, during hop harvest. Brewed with fresh Centennial hops from BC’s own Sartori Cedar Ranch hop farm south of Chilliwack, the fresh, un-dried hop flowers are pulled from the vines and rushed back to our brewery where they are immediately used in this celebration of BC hops! This ale clocks in at a healthy 66 IBU’s; beware!

Fantastic... love the fresh citrus hops. Very drinkable without being overly bitter. I wish all IPA’s could be this fresh! I also wish this could be available as I had to drive around quite a bit to round up 6 bottles.

Hazy golden color. The aroma is nice, bread, cereals and hop. Lean, zesty, with good malt profile and good hopping, minty and resiny.
Excellent.
Fresh must be fantastic, can’t wait to try the next batch.

Belle grosse bouteille (merci Pat).

Bottle from my friend dresden. Man, I owe you a damn good beer.

Clear and very light golden beer with a huge pillowing head. Aroma of pine, citrus. Taste is a nice rounded out citrus hop, a bit green and vegetal but it’s light, with some nice pine and herbal flavour. Alcohol very well hidden, great beer.

Cask Days 2013. Incredibly bright golden pour. The nose is lovely - berry fruit and a very clean malt profile. A bit of dank ness and some light fruit. Fresh and peppery with a lovely brightness. Assertive hoppiness and a nice lingering fruit note. Lovely.

2013-10-19. Crisp bright orange body with a massive foamy off white head. Aroma of resiny hops, lots of citrusy hops. Flavour is pleasantly hoppy, notes of resin and pithy citrus, lingering tangerine and grapefruit pith. Pleasant bitterness throughout. 7++ Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Very good but I expected even more based on it’s reputation. Session 1, Cask Days 2013, Toronto

Had this three times this season (I’m a bit behind on punching these in). Liked it more each time. Bomber. Amber, white head. Nose of a lot of grass, orange, some earth. Flavour is like biting into a fresh orange, with grass and pine resins. Finish is not too bitter. Rated this 0.1 less than the Fat Tug I think because I’d prefer to keep that my regular IPA on draught. The fresh grassiness is great but it’s like cilantro (one of my favourite ingredients): couldn’t have it every day, just as a special treat.
