Ever so slightly hazy yellow with a good white head. Aroma is apricot, plum, bread. Medium-Light bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel, dry and slightly warming boozy finish. Taste is pear, apricot, plum, hint of spice. A little hot but tasty.

Bomber. Opaque yellow orange, creamy off-white foamy head settles and mostly fades. Aroma of orange citrus, yeast and spice. Taste is yeasty funk, earthy and dirty, tart citrus, somewhat harsh malts, herbal hop and spices. Lively carbonation, medium bodied, moderately hopped. Finishes rough, yeasty and lightly bitter. DNFL (Definitely Not For Lagerboys)

I prefer more balance, the 8% shows. Lots of flavour, but not in a well rounded way.

Bottle. Big foamy white cap atop a hazy golden yellow base. Aroma of yeast and orange citrus, spice. Taste is highly malty, bready, more spice and citrus. Quite bland and thin though. I'd not have this again.

This company makes good beer. It’s got a sour taste to it... the foam disappears a lot faster than a lot of "real" Belgian" style tripel beers... this is getting me drunk...

650ml bottle. Clear light amber with thin, bubbly white head. Lemon, tangerine, spices, sour grapes, vinegar, Belgian yeast, gently toasted white bread. Lightly sour with dry, resiny bitterness. A bit clunky, but very big on flavour. A powerful beer.

650ml bottle pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is grainy with light fruits and a hint of spice. Taste is a herbal bitterness with a fruity and malty sweetness and a hint of yeast in the finish. Body is a little light for the style as is the carbonation. Not quite up to par for the style.

Golden pour with a thick white head. Flavour is yeast, light malts, lemon. Alcohol shows through a bit much. Like I found with their Son of the Morning, this a bit messy.

Pours a clear, brilliant golden yellow with a perfect medium-thin head with great retention and spectacular lacing. Lovely sweet typically tripel aroma, white grapes, light sourness/sweetness. Taste is slightly on the watery side of being on the mark for a tripel; sweet slightly bready malt flavour, slightly stale finish. Hint of oxidization? Bitter flavours start to accumulate. Moderate carbonation. Nifty, but off-flavours a bit off-putting.
