A traditional Belgian-style Wit. Subtle malt is balanced with the floral flavors of coriander and Curaçao orange peel from the West Indies.

Bottle (650 ml). From Canbif box, thanks Paul! Split 2-ways with Minderbinder.

Appearance: Hazy yellow with a small white head and little lacing.

Aroma: Spices forward (mostly coriander) along citrus/orange notes, floral presence, wheat... rather soft.

Taste: Moderately spicy (coriander again) with floral notes, citrus, wheat, light acidity and hints of soap.

Palate: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Coriander finish. Light but nice citrus and acidity kick at the end.

Overall: Soft and easy drinking (thanks to the light acidic presence). A tad too much coriander for my liking. Decent.

mild citrus and wheaty taste. Worst part is it considers itself a Belgian Wit, which evokes an expectation it should be sharper.

650ml brown bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow. Small creamy white cap with light lacing. Aroma - wheat, yeast, soft citrus. Taste - wheat, yeast, citrus. Dry, creamy body. Pretty simple wit, flavours are a bit thin, but drinkable.

Pours cloudy pale straw with a short white head diminishing gradually to a dense cap, moderate lacing. (3/5) Nose is orange peel, bready yeast, coriander, faint banana and clove. (6/10) Taste is mild sweet, mild bitter, very slight tart. (6/10) Medium body, moderate carbonation, off-dry finish. (4/5) Not a bad traditional witbier, but a little unremarkable in flavour, and a touch heavy in body. I’d like this more if it were lighter, crisper, and tarter. (12/20)

650ml bottle pours a hazy straw color with a small white head that leaves only a few spots of lacing behind. Aroma is lemon with hints of yeast and orange peel. Taste is a lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness finishing a little dry. Light bodied with generous carbonation that tickles the tongue. Overall, a pretty solid witbier that is balanced nicely and tasty as well.

A great wheat beer! Notes of lemon and bread on the nose. An almost ethereal golden pour with a thin fizzy white head. Not much lacing. Flavours of breads, cereal grains, oranges, lemons, orange and lemon zest, coriander, wheat, and some grassiness. Really well flavoured and balanced. I enjoyed this one a lot.

A nice and refreshing wit. Not too much going on taste wise but a good crisp brew. Pours a bright golden straw colour with a thin white head. The nose has a bit of citrus, grass and bubblegum. Light profile with a heacvy body for the style. Refreshing and crisp.

650ml bottle, cloudy pale white hue, with a small bubbly white head. Nice spicy coriander, light curaçao orange peel, doughy yeast nose, with some honeyed wheat, pale, toasted malt, subtle lemon acidic juice accents, and a bread dough, faint milky, lemon pie crust, subtle honey candyish lollipop note in the aroma with a medium-bodied palate and a good yeasty, milky, doughy, wheat, pale malty, spicy coriander, curaçao, bread dough, faint lemon juice character, leading towards a mild sweet milky wheat, pale maltiness, lingering coriander, candied orange peel curaçao spiciness finish. Nice refreshing belgian bière blanche.
