Pours cloudy pale with nice head of foam and good lacing. Some light banana but a watery flavour and watered down aroma overall. A little clove and citrus, but that may be from the lemon they put on the side. Finishes clean mostly but with some sourness. Soft carbonation. On tap at the beagle.

650 ml bottle. Pours a light, slightly hazy yellow with light head. Aromas is mostly coriander, with hints of lemon and yeast. Flavours are similar not really much else and a bit watery. Kind of tastes like floor wax smells. Expecting more.

Un nez très plaisant, un peu de blé est un peu d’agrumes sucré. Le goût n’est pas trop complex, doux, mais unique. Un peu aigre, très bien équilibré.

On tap. Cloudy pale straw in colour. Nose is wheat, yeast, citrus. Flavour is nice and simple, but well balanced with some spice to it.

650ml bottle. Pale, cloudy, bleached straw colour with foamy head and lacing. Aroma of wheat, yeast, grapefruit, orange peel, coriander. Sweet and refreshing. Not my favourite style, though this particular beer paired perfectly with a thick, rich chocolate cheesecake.

Bottle at hone, from my Minneapolis Town Hall glass. Hazy pale yellow colour, thin white head, poor lacing. Nose is cream of wheat, some lemons and florals. Flavours of lemon, wheat, kinda thin. Meh...

Pours a cloudy greenish-yellow with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, spices, herbs and citrus -- smells nice. Refreshing flavour, quite herbal and citrusy along with wheat, yeast and some spices. Average bodied. Pretty good, it’s a nice palate cleanser, refreshing and easy to drink.

UPDATED: MAY 26, 2012 On tap at Bitter Tasting Room in a 5 oz glass. My first witbier in years. A change in pace as well from a hoppy IPA minutes before. Very pale, a bit cloudy. Flavor is mild, lemony, faintly spicy. A nice summer beer!
