Bottle 33cl bought at Bierhalle Deconinck in Vichte. Pours a bit darker blond with a big white creamy head leaving a nice lacing. Nose: a bit parfumed sent, floral, hints of malt. Taste: medium carbonation, a bit parfumed also, orange and floral taste at the same time, some malts, the malt sticks around in the back of my throat. A nice combo of flavours all around. I like this brew!

Sampled draft @ B TASTE in Bruges. Hazy citrus with a creamy white head. Nose is dull metallic, honey, sugar & iron. Taste is overly sweet, boozy, honey, sugar, metallic overly sweet candy. Overly sweet white sugar body. Meh.

Druïde’s third, since 2009. Yellowish white foam, colour of ’old gold’. Apply and somewhat honeyish aroma, fresh, flowery, bit resinous. Taste freshly fruity, light maltiness, bit oily mouthfeel, evolving into a firm, spicy, leafy hop bitterness, long and dry. After the boring blonde and the dry dubbel, this was a logical third, and finally they are significantly improving. Keep it up guys, looking forward to your quadrupel...?
