Bottle @ home. Clear golden colored beer with a decent sized white to off-white head that leaves good lacing. Smell malts, slightly alcoholic, overripe fruits. Taste some sweet and some bitter, malts and slightly overripe fruits. Soft carbonation, medium body. Pleasantly drinkable, alcohol doesn’t dominate even though it’s recognisable in the aroma.

rand (1000) - SWITZERLAND - APR 15, 2011
Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Orangy golden beer with nice white head, close, stable and marking the glass. Fizzing active. Fruity aromas, freshness, belgian yeast, orange and apricot. The mouth is firm, very fruity, toffy, set up by hoppy bitterness. Round of malt, with nuances of apricot marmalade, almond, a bit herb. Well-balanced with acidity, very finished, a little warm of alcohol.
