(bottle) pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of sweet spices and marzipan, herbal hops, honey and grain, slightly meaty. flavour is mostly the same, lots of grain and cardboard, with a medium sweetness and notes of raisins and corn. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle (50 cl swing-top) from bierzwerg.de. Shady straw golden, medium white head. Bready and grainy malt aroma with floral and grassy hops. Semi dry, low to medium bitterness.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg. Pours clear golden with a creamy head and lacings. Lots of straw and grain. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy pale golden colour with small to medium macropore white head. Fresh citrussy aroma, underlying light grain. Taste has a fresh slightly citrussy bitter hop note, malt basis is a bit watery. A refreshing summer beer to start with.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Golden colour, large white head, lovely malt aroma. Full-bodied, solid malty base with good spicy hops. Smooth palate. Delicious!

Würzig-getreidiger Geruch und ebensolcher Antrunk. Hinter der Herbe bildet sich eine Bitterkeit aus, die sich aber erst später und sehr mild zeigt. Ziemlich gerstig, angenehm karamellig, frisch und süffig. Sehr gelungen! 12/11/11/11//11

From tap at the brewpub. It’s golden with a white, creamy head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt and “fresh bier”. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of butterscotch, malt, flower, bread, and the finish is dry and fruity.

Draught at the brewpub. Weak buttery aroma. Hazy yellow colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has a bit of diacetyl, but is drinkable. A little earth as well. Low bitterness and some sweetness, almost sugary.

Clear golden with a large white head. Aroma had malt and hints of hops. Flavour had diacetyl, malt and hints of grassy hops. Finished bitter and somewhat butterish.
