It is sweet but that is tone expected from the name. This is perfect for people who claim to not like beer. Everyone I know who has said they don't like beer is now buying the Aoricot Blonde. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can from Rob - thanks! Murky amber pour with a nice dense light cream colored head. Aroma is mild caramel, just a hint of chocolate, and grain. Medium smooth palate. Just okay.

On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear amber with a frothy white head and great lacing. Bready, caramelly, somewhat buttery, earthy, lightly grassy, and doughy aroma. Taste is husky, bread, grainy, doughy, light roast, earthiness, and grass. Light body with high carbonation. Meh.

12 oz can from Evergreen Discount into a globe glass. Red and hazy with sediment and an average white head. Aroma of toasted malts, fruit, yeast, stale hops, bread, caramel, vanilla and light alcohol. Similar flavor, medium sweetness and minimal bitterness. Medium body, creamy feel with soft carbonation and a malty finish.

Clear light amber with a sweet earthy caramel and grainy nose. Flavor is sweet, nutty, lots of toast, lots of sweet amber grains, and a dry semi-earthy finish.

Amber in color with virtually no head. Aroma is sweet caramel and nutty malt. Flavor has a nutty barnyard hay character but ends somewhat flat but leaves a nice and sweet caramel finish.

Not a bad beer at all. Strange there are so many poor ratings as I think DDA is a good, medium-bodied flavorful session beer. It tastes a bit like a red and has a a bit of sweetness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
