Tap @ brewery. Murky opaque orange-ish-brown, no head. Smells like maple syrup and vanilla and honey, with a touch of oak. Huge palate with a warming boozy tone that comes close to dominating, but relents to release a complex flavor. Tastes of burnt oak, vanilla extract, sweet maple, and finishes with a pronounced and sweet and tasty honey finish. A little too boozy and warm, but behind that the flavor is very pleasing. Needs less time in the barrel.
