3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 drjay44 (1735) - Salida, Colorado, USA - FEB 4, 2012
Growler shared with Gabe. Pours a thin off white head, with some lacing, over a hazy, dark gold (SRM 6) body.....nose is citrus, grapefruit peel, toffee/caramel....taste is malts with toffee/caramel, leading to grapefruit bitterness....mouth feel medium, carbonation medium. Hops are a bit unbalanced with a lean into citrus, but otherwise a fairly standard American Pale Ale. BJCP 7/3/13/4/6

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 arminjewell (3113) - Parker, Colorado, USA - NOV 8, 2011
Pour is slightly hazy orange yellow with white head at the brewery. Aroma brings notes of spices, grass, hints of lemon, nice sweet biscuit. Taste is a nice mix of bitter grass, pine, hints of lemon and orange goes into a nice sweet cracker like biscuit, finishes slightly bitter but tasty.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 notalush (3743) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 7, 2011
Tap at Dry Dock - gold pour with a very slight haze - well-retained head - a lot of lemon, grapefruit pith and orange in this one, making me wonder if this batch has some citra hops in it - light body, but full carbonation makes the mouthfeel fairly full - light pale malt sweetness - some crisp, peppery character in the finish - nothing terribly complex, but fairly tasty.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Dogbrick (4837) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JUL 25, 2011
Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear orange-gold color with a medium thin ivory white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light to medium body with a mildly hoppy character that has citrusy and grassy notes. Some sweet malt in the background. The finish is short and mildly hoppy. Pretty average overall.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Sammy (6120) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 11, 2011
On tap at the brewpub. Lacey, highly carbonated. A light bitterness. An OK beer, but mediocre for the style. Medium golden coloured body.

UPDATED: APR 1, 2011 Tap @ brewpub. Pours a clear copper orange appearance with an off white head. Pale and slightly amber malty nose with mild flower hoppy smell. Pale to medium maltiness in the body with a very mild hop character. Kind of a weird creaminess in there. Drinkable but below average.
