COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Super sessionable fall offering from Ashleigh. Wonderfully balanced, this copper ale has subtle hints of caramel, earth, and bread paired with the delicate, spicy Spalt hops. Finish is crisp and dry, leaving you eager for another sip.

Tap. Pours clear amber with a medium, fizzy light tan to off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is caramel, nutty, and toast malt, light hops (floral, herbal), and fruity esters. Flavor is malty, medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation, low warmth.

Tap @ brewpub. Clear, dark orange appearance with a nice, tan head. Dull earthy hoppy, mild caramel malty nose. Fairly sweet caramel malty, light hoppy, mild toffee flavor with a sweet caramel finish and aftertaste.
