Can poured a hazy light yellow hue w/ a large frothy white slowly diminishing head and some sticky lacing. Big aromas of banana, bread, clove and lemon citrus. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a light acidic finish. Tastes are lemon, dough, banana and leather. Light bodied, fizzy carbonation, watery texture, and light astringent feel in the finish.

Appearance: the head was smaller than some other heifeweizen but it was a nice size when poured, dissolves slightly quickly, slight lacing, the head is not very dense, yellow orange cloudy color Aroma: key notes are banana and clove, very nice aroma, very refreshing Taste: banana and clove, light, easy to drink, would be great on a warm summer day, very flavorful from the beginning to end, leaves a wonderful aftertaste Palette: smooth on the tongue, nicely carbonated Overall: wonderful beer, worth the medals it has won ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can thanks to Aaron. Hazed pale golden pour with a white head. Nice banana and clove aromas. A touch of yeast, nice bready malt, some orange, and perhaps coriander. There’s a light tartness to the flavor along with sweet bread and banana. Clove spiciness, hints of coriander, some yeast, and orange peel.

Weisse type glass draft pour at the Rackhouse Pub in Denver, Colorado. The pour is a cloudy yellow orange, with a well formed one inch white head. The tastes is nicely fresh wheat grain and orange citrus, along with a subdued clove yeast. The palate presents an almost flat mouth feel, which takes away some of the effectiveness if the beer. Nice enough Hefe.
