Jan 5, 2008 cask. murky light brown with a great lasting sticky head. grapefruit comes through clearly in the nose. nice depth of hop flavor without overwhelming. a bit of grass, more grapefruit and a solid balncing sweetness. tried some of this on nitro also, the cask was superior. the nitro was much more honey flavored and not as much quality hop flavor. this is one of the few iipa’s i’ve had lately that i wanted more than a pint of.
