Clear straw yellow, thin white lacefull head. Smells like wood fired jalapenos and meat char. Fantastic clavor of toast, roasted jalapenos, roasty mesquite wood, char, light peppery/grassy hop character. Slight heat spice on the finish that lingers a little while. When I burped, I tasted a lot of roasted jalapenos. Great chili beer, but just a little too spicy for a full pint.
