3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy, light orange with a small head that quickly dissipates. Predictably, apricot hits heavy on the nose and continues thru the taste. Finishes clean and crisp. Definitely something worth drinking on a summer day.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours lighter orange amber with a white head. Aroma is perfect sweet peaches. Flavor brings some lighter bitter malty flavors, not much peach like in the nose, with a nutty peach pit ending.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft sample at Falling Rock Tap House. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of frothy eggshell-colored head. Aroma of sugar, vanilla, apricot, and straw. Flavor of apricot, bread, peach, wheat, grains, and caramel. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a malty, sweet mouthfeel. Good fruit beer.

3/28/13. Sampled during CBC 2013. Golden orange pour with a small khaki head. Lots of apricot in the aroma, some bready and doughy malts. Malty flavor, more apricot, lingering doughiness. Not bad... I would probably dig this more if I liked apricot.

12oz can in a tulip. Pours amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of apricots, light malts, some hints of spices, and floral hops. Flavor has a nice blend of everything, but itís not for me. Average texture. Not a fan of this style of fruit beer, but Iíd love to try the sour one.

On tap at Falling Rock. Itís easy to say that because this is a "fruity blonde ale" that it should not be rated this highly but this is the best damn fruity blonde ale Iíve ever had. Light-bodied and full flavored, easy drinking with a nice non-cloying sweetness. A great summertime quencher!

Big apricot nose and taste. Almost too sweet, but it is quite refreshing.

Bottle pours a light copper with a frothy but rapidly dissipating white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus and apricot. Taste is crisp and full of apricot flavor. Reads almost like a light hefeweizen.

Traded bottle, not sure how old but it was in mighty fine shape. I really liked how this beer let the fruit shine. Apricot is mild but the beer did not overpower the fruit here. Big carbonation with a massive, pillowy head. Bold apricot aroma mixed with other stone fruits. Nice mix of apricot fruit and a touch of bitterness in the flavor. Very well done.
