A tulip from tap at Falling Rock. Pours with a hazed golden yellow body with a minimal white head that fades. Aromas are lightly spicy and floral with a bit of fruit esters. Some good lactic sourness and citrus notes. Flavors are sour, tart, floral, lightly grainy and what seems to be a slight tannic note. Some citrus as well. Moderate carbonation with a somewhat thin body.

Tap at Euclid Hall. Cloudy yellow, with a decent sized white head. Tart, lemony vinegary aroma (In a good way. Trust me.). First sip is sour, and quenching, with a lot of lemon and barnyard notes. Flavor is lemony, lightly bitter, with some herbal notes, too. Crisp, woody finish. Pretty good stuff here...

On tap @ brewery. Slightly hazy pale gold, no head. Sour aroma of orange zest and/or citric acid. Taste was sour, but not overwhelming on the palate. But sourness does overwhelm the flavor. Under all that sour is some delicate orange citrus and light floral spice. Just needs more balance.

Tap @ Falling Rock. Slightly hazy light golden yellow appearance with a sizable white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Yeasty, spicy, citrusy, sour nose. Mild sourness on a yeasty, somewhat spiced Belgian Witbier. Fairly sour finish. Fun and tasty brew.
