3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Full flight pour on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). Pours a hazy dulled amber hue, a bit of a darker middle, faint amber orange glow on the edges. Sizable frothy white head atop dies to a thicker ring, laces ok. Aromas show gentle cherry, lemon and citrus, some flaked wheat, bread dough. Gentle touch of spice or yeast. Initial is a bit citrusy, orange and cherry meet up, bready and some fruity ester elements. A bit thicker, bready, doughy with a gentle tart cherry waft, bit of spiciness. Middle is a bit spicy, cherry once you get past that bready/doughy part. Grainy and spicy backend leads into a more gentle orange, touches of cherry juice finish. Not bad. Nice, approacheablem smells ok if a bit light. Not a great pour/appearance. A serviceable fruited wheat from a brewpub.

Draft at DryHop. Orange pour. No head. Very wheaty. Smooth. Can't taste the cherry but can tell it is tart. Better than I thought it would be
