One-off for the brewery's 150th anniversary festive week. Brewed as a kind of ultra-strong witbier.

Pale, straw-yellow beer, hazy; no head for longer than 5 secs. Grassy nose, with lots of coriander. Taste is coriander², coriander soup, a disgusting, near-undrinkable concoction, sweetness from the alcohol and wheatsourishness annihilating each other. Soupy, oily, MF, warming. God, this is something to turn people off beer.

From bottle at Bierpassie Weekend, Antwerpen. Pours cloudy pale golden with a small head. Fruity aroma with more than a touch of coriander. Coriander flavours are quite dominant though the fruit provides a good balance. A refreshing and well-balanced blond ale.

Bart (2513) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUN 21, 2008
Bottle, 75cl, Hazy blond coloured beer with little to no carbonation and a small white head. Strong aroma, with herby touches, deffinately coriander and wheats. Full creamy palate. Finish is yeasty, herby and alcoholic. Very heavy full beer. Special but not that bad.

Jerre (2166) - Waregem, BELGIUM - MAY 30, 2008
Bottle, 75 cl. (bought @ VBPF) Label has only 6,3 % alc. Hazy golden color, white head disappears rapidly. Aroma coriander, some wheat malts. Medium body. Taste is some tripel and some wheatbeer. Sourness, malts, coriander and other spice, bit sweet, and hops. Aftertaste is dry and some bitterness. Sorry Joris but i like this beer.
