Garigar (17), Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain Jun 28, 2007 Really hard to find. I found it in La Plaza Mayor in Madrid. Fruity with little-nice champagne like bubbles. Refresehs and cleans all your mouth if eating fish or seafood. It’s citrus touch fits well with salads too. bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA Aug 30, 2004 on draft madrid, spain: this was another of the ’house beers’ this cafe had. was grouped with the Te Deum beers which are also brewed by du bocq. this had your typical white beer look pale yellow with haze and white head. the nose was mostly of coriander and alot of it. the flavor was similiar.... a thin back bone of white beer wheatiness and citrus with an overpowering coridiander flavor. theres a whole lot of coriander here boys and girls. somewhat different and refreshing but i think the brewer needs to quit pushing the herb. not a class act among wit biers.
