Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow, gold with a medium white top that lasts! Great appearance! Aroma of yeasts, hops and some spices I can’t recognize. The taste starts like pilsner, but the fluid is more syruppy. Later on it develops a spicy taste with Co2 that tingles the tongue.

(750ml bottle from Systembolaget) Pours pale gold, somewhere between clear and opaque depending on lees, big pillowy white foam head with lots of lace. Aroma is yeasty wet hay and bread, plisner-type malt, a little stone fruit and citrus sweetness, touch spicy. Flavour is kind of similar, a little sweet malt, the same light fruitiness and wet hay funk as the nose, yeasty spice, a little phenolic. A bit drier at the finish, dusty but with malt remaining, indistinct fruit. Light bitterness. Medium bodied and a mix of oily/creamy thanks to the high but effervescent carb. A kind of underwhelming saison, nothing bad about it but no wow factor really.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours pale yellow with a rich white head. Aroma has a lot of yeast and citrus, together with some hay. Taste is rich and fresh with a clear tone of yeast, herbs and spices. Palate is medium thick with a crisp feeling. Overall an enjoyable beer which is really nice on a warm day.

0,33L bottle (a gift from suurjuust, thanks!). Pours hazy pale-golden with huge off-white head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, fresh fruits, yeast, citrus, spices, and wheat. Flavor is sweet, fruits, citrus, yeast, wheat, and spices. Finish has some dry bitterness. Carbonation is high. Overall: ok.

Looks just like a hefe weisse in the glass. Pilsner maltiness and belgo yeast on the nose. Medium bodied palate with lots of carbonation, low bitterness and short finish. A fairly mediocre saison in my book. Lacks some funkiness to make it interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Buona saison, non eccezionale ma abbastanza rusticz, con frutta a polpa gialla, spezie ed un finale amarognolo dato dell’erba. Buona, direi che si lascia bere.

TEJA (1426) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 7, 2015
Bottle from systembolaget sweden. Typical saison aroma in medium levels. Very big and lastning white head over a almost clear pale golden color beer. Nice fruity taste from pears with a low bitterness and low sweetness.
