2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Fine head & white lace; hazy yellow-greenish beer. Coriander!!!... fake lemon, ureum. Coriander!! and a bit of malt/wheatsugars. Citrussy, lame. Spritzy, empty, light; Oh dear. Calling this atrocity saison is a crime.

750ml bottle pours nice cloudy golden colour with big persistent head. Aroma is much more wit than saison, with citrus & coriander and some banana at the fore. Taste honey, banana bread, orange, coriander & a light bitternes from hops & funk from the yeast. Rating just as a beer, rather than any specific style, this is a very good, refreshing and drinkable beer. I think it's unfair to judge it as either a saison or wit.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Stable white head, hazy yellow-golden color. Very Witbier-like. Aroma of coriander, orange and hay. Taste starts sweetish-sour and quickly turns to orange, citrus and pepper. Aftertaste is full of malt! A great balanced and tastful beer!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Murky pale straw body with lasting white head. Citrus and white pepper in the aroma and the taste, straightforward but how I like a saison, refreshing and very drinkable.

75cl bottle. Hazy yellow with big , snowy head. Nose : orange and pineapple. Strong citrus peel aromas. Chewingum. Tart. Sip : fluffy and well carbonated. Sweet and fruity. The zest comes quick to balance. The ending is delicate lemon peel bitterness. A bit soupy. Good refreshment though.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Looks great cloudy which reminds me of a nice Witbier. And that crazy aroma of coriander and oranges leeds me to think this one is a Wit. But it tastes sweetish and fluffy like a typical belgian ale. Great work, great beer and that quality for an easy going price (compared to other piwos we got in Kelmis / Eupen / Aubel).
