A Normandy cider from a small producer generally more involved in making Calvados. This is a cloudy, soft and sweetish cider in the typical French style. Easy on the palate and pleasant to drink, although I really prefer a cider with more bite. From the barrel at GBBF 2004.

From the barrel - Peterborough BF. A greeny orange coloured cider. The aroma is sweet and sugary. Apple notes but a true French cider brown sugar aroma. The taste is also sweet with again the fruit coming through. It’s drinkable but the sugary sweetness does dominate.

Cask Stillage at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Oldham 29/03/2003 Golden coloured with a cloudy appearance. Very sweet and rich on the palate. Fruit flavour in the finsih.

Barrell@GBBF04’. Thanks for the guy at the cider stand that shouted me this one!!! This was nice, appleskinny, tart, and lightly sweet, some cheesyness, not as funky as other ciders i’ve had. Nice and easy going.
