3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (500 ml). Thanks Nicolas for sharing this one! Hazy amber with a small white head and no lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel with whiskey notes (not overwhelming). Taste is about the same. Medium to full body. Low carbonation. Mouthfeel is sirupy with warming alcohol. Not as complex as I thought it would be but still a good take on regular Frappabord. Barrel aging has allowed this beer to mellow.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Didn’t take too much notes as this one appeared pretty late in our small but great tasting. I remember it being boozy, but still bearable. Palate was creamy and smooth. A nice sipper that does not stand out overall.
